We build the layer underneath that work: deep member profiles, real assessments, an AI matching engine that explains itself in plain language, and a curated mentor pool that takes consent seriously. The point is not another dashboard. The point is that the next conversation with a member is a better one.

DiscipleIQ was founded by Mike, Thomas, and a handful of pastors who got tired of attendance-management systems pretending to be discipleship platforms. The difference between counting heads and knowing names is the difference between management and ministry. We picked a side.
The platform is built in Seattle, Washington, in close collaboration with the churches and Christian schools who use it. We do not roadmap in isolation. Every feature has a name attached to it: a pastor, a director, a leader who needed the thing.

Attendance is the easiest thing to measure and almost the least useful. A church that knows its people can disciple them. A church that only tracks attendance can only count them.
